Programmable Unit for Pocket Embroidery With Loader
Thanks to the wide field of vision and the special reference points, the operator can easily place the pocket on the loader.
The loading device which is fitted with a double grip will then hold the pocket firmly.
The loading device then moves the pocket while an unloading device simultaneously removes the embroidered pocket from the sewing area (the operator in the meantime is loading another pocket while the first one is being embroidered); in the meantime starting the next sewing cycle.
This leaves no more room for operators to goof off while they wait for the end of the sewing cycle!
If the operator carries out the pocket unloading process manually, he can consecutively manage a second unit, the VIBEMAC 007V - 007K - 006VLS, to hem the back pocket.
One operator who attends two machines for two separate operations = how to reduce the operating cost and operating time while boosting productivity!
By using the patented Special Frame, high-quality & latest fashion embroidery can now be sewed up on any kind of material (denim, stretch, hi-tech materials).
All the 1010V3 units are now available in the new patented V4 Double Color Technology version.
The DCT technology allows to run fashion operations with 2 different color threads in one shot, this means no double charge hence shortest time and no related stitching quality threats.
