Automatic Embrodery Unit With Loader and Stacker
1010 V4/V3DCS unit is equipped with a device which automatically unloads and stacks the embroidered pockets once the sewing cycle has ended.
Thus relieving the operator from the need to unload the material from the machine.
The loading device is fitted with a double grip: the first loads the pocket to be embroidered while the second simultaneously removes the embroidered pocket from the sewing area and stacks it on a pile, making it clear how easily 1 operator can double the productivity (even triple it) by managing 2 units (even 3) at the same time.
This being allowed because of the perfect job done by the loading and stacking devices.
This incredible modular unit can be upgraded with the automatic loader Robot R6D.
The operator only has to place the pocket on the Robot and collect the embroidered quarter-piece from the stacker.
All the 1010V3 units are now available in the new patented V4 Double Color Technology version.
The DCT technology allows to run fashion operations with 2 different color threads in one shot, this means no double charge hence shortest time and no related stitching quality threats.
