Programmable Unit For Label, Velcro® Application and Pence Sewing
Thanks to the double grip (patented system) it is possible to use the most varied jigs which not only provide high performance but extreme versatility of usage.
One important aspect to be emphasised is the complete independence of the customer once the 1010 V4/V3 unit has been purchased.
This means that thanks to the technical solution adopted to make the jigs (economical & easy available materials) and the programmable control panel fitted (for any application) the end user can easily produce the jigs on site avoiding delivery time and delivery expenses.
For example, a V4/V3L unit, with a Velcro® or label application device is supplied with an adaptable universal jig. The client just has to cut the central plastic template as desired.
This means that there is a reduction in management costs and more versatility.
Upon a client’s request we can also send sewing programmes by e-mail within 2 hours.
Thanks to the unique nature of this machine, is it possible to apply labels at the desired tension in order to avoid shrinkage problems after washing, or for aesthetic and fashion reasons.
The extreme versatility of the V4/V3L unit allows several applications in many fields of use, only some of which range from leather garments to knitwear.
All the 1010V3 units are now available in the new patented V4 Double Color Technology version.
The DCT technology allows to run fashion operations with 2 different color threads in one shot, this means no double charge hence shortest time and no related stitching quality threats.
