Front Pocket Hemming Unit
The 2220 CG 104 unit is a flat-bed machine used for hemming front trouser pockets while simultaneously applying reinforcement tape.
This guarantees a high quality stitching finish and means that it is no longer necessary to manually cut excess tape.
The unit is supplied with the column stand and a Mitsubishi XLG 55420Y servomotor complete with electronic panel of the XCGMFT2005 series with dedicated software.
The 2220 CG 104 unit greatly simplifies the hemming and sewing of the front pockets by including the insertion of the reinforcing tape in the same procedure.
Not only giving a very high sewing quality but avoiding the subsequent manual cutting of the excess tape, an operation usually made by a helper.

| - | blade with special guillotine pneumatic cylinder. |

| - | photoelectric cell to read the sewing start and finish. |
| - | device to vary the tape cutting at the beginning and at the end of sewing to give the exact required measurement. |
| - | quantity control of the thread in the bobbins. |
