Programmable 1 or 2 Needle Unit
Programmable 1 or 2 needle sewing sequence with a maximum of 4 sewing operations.
Unlike the 2250 FLIP FLOP unit which allows only one unique sequence of 1 needle then 2 needle and so on; the 2250 PLC has a wider range of utilization.
It can be placed into any position in the production line where there is a 1-2 needle sequence for a maximum of four sewing operations: for example button applications or 2 needle facings, left second facing and finally 2 needle front panels.
The unit has a console box, which allows the operator to create any kind of sequence made by the 4 different programmes available, 4 operations with 1 machine, maximizing flexibility and lowering running costs to a minimum.
This sequence can be varied by the operator at any moment for stylistic/fashion or production reasons.
