Reverse Lap Felling Unit
The 2261H is a reverse-arm machine, with 3 chain stitch needles for double lap seaming on jeans, casual trousers, work clothes, and denim clothes in general.
This machine is particularly suitable to sew yoke and seat seams as well as internal and external leg seams, all thanks to a special foot pressure control which work together with a special belt puller system.
This unit has been completely made in Italy, for reverse lap seam operations and for top stitch sewing operations.
The 2261 has very interesting features, all of which have been studied by our technicians to ensure the best sewing quality on all kinds of fabric, such as casual trousers, working clothes, and denim jackets (very thin & very thick fabrics).
First of all the sewing head is made entirely in our plant, it is a Vibemac sewing head with three chain stitch needles.
A special belt puller allows a very fast feeding which allows the system to avoid waves and imperfect matching of the start stitches, giving perfect quality.
After the sewing, the puller device is like a guide for the chain coming out.
It will control and guide the chain into the chain cutting device.
In terms of productivity, 2261H can work at 5200rpm (giving minimum 50% more productivity than other standard feed off the arm machines).
This very high speed can be achieved thanks to several outstanding features such as the oil feeding lubrication, the design and construction quality, the puller device, and a special sensor for the dynamic pressure presser foot control (DCP system).
The above mentioned DCP system also avoids all the skip stitching troubles on the crotch’s double thickness which is the most critical point for every feed of the arm machines existing on the market.
Another important and very useful feature is the hoovered chain cutter which makes the cut & clean thread operations the easiest job ever! An operator will never be able to trim thread so closely nor a helper is needed to clean up.
