Fully Automatic Pocket Setter Unit
We had a target... To develop a fully automatic workstation which is: flexible, has a low running cost, is versatile, and requires less maintenance expenses while being as user friendly as the semi-automatic unit 2516V4/V2.
This complete fully automatic workstation 2516V4/V2 FA meets all the above requirements, while at the same time being unique in the market for its level of technology.
The operator places the pocket into the loader of the creasing 005V unit, the pocket is folded automatically.
Once the pocket comes out (already folded), the loader device C-005V grabs the pocket and sets it in the loader device of the 2516V4/V2 unit.
Having the same 2516V4/V2 sewing head, this fully automatic workstation can achieve an equal productivity & sewing time.
Note the better output given by the automation in terms of productivity and consider the minor pressure & handling time for an unskilled operator.
Please note that 2516V4/V2 FA uses the same pocket jig set as the 001V – 005V unit series automatic pocket creaser and semi-automatic pocket setter unit model 2516V4/V2, which can be made in Vibemac at a very reasonable price or even locally made by the end user himself.
What does this mean when referring to current production costs?
Reducing the range of the spare parts first of all decreases the need to keep a big storage, and second of all the price of the jigs nowadays lie heavily on every piece produced.
Alleviating this cost is a very important added value in the hard battle between buyer-producer for the cut of the prices.
The end user will always be free to handle the pocket folding station separately from the stitching unit.
In other words, customer will ALWAYS be allowed to decide to work with only the creaser unit as standard unit 005V or to use the pocket setter for different sewing operation, keeping off the folding station.
It means that we keep the same vantages as working concept with two separate different units for creasing and attaching operations.
Available with DCT technology which enable the user to stitch with 2 colors at the same time!
