Automatic Waistband Application Unit
Automatic unit for the application of a waistband, preformed by a border unit, onto jeans or casual trousers and jackets in general with the “continuous waistband” working method.
The unit automatically cuts and skips stitches at the two ends to the required measurement.
The automatic 3022WB406 unit series is equipped with a sewing head entirely developed by our R&D dept.
Available in different models with the following characteristics: 4 needles, or double lock stitch, or a mix of chain and lock stitch.

This is the way Vibemac works! We start be looking at a customer’s needs and then work on developing new solutions.
The 3022WB406 machine series is equipped with combined needle feed and special puller for double transport (upper and lower).
This particular device permits users to obtain the best quality in the anatomic sewing of the waistband which is not possible to obtain with drop feed feeding.
This unit has been developed and mainly recommended to work using the continuous waistband roll system.
The sewing head (entirely manufactured by our R&D dept) of the 3022WB406 automatic unit is available with the following technical features:
| a) | 2 – 4 – 6 needles, chainstitch; |
| b) | 2 needles, lockstitch; |
| C) | the unit can be supplied with both types of sewing kits (lock and chainstitch). |
The two types of stitches can be mixed according to the pattern desired by the producer, thanks to the complete flexibility of this unique unit.
