Flat Bed 2 Needles Chainstitch Unit
Flat bed unit for double lap seaming on jeans, casual trousers (in general), and working clothes.
This unit is particularly suitable for yoke seams, seat seams, and pocket hemming thanks to its unique technical design which perfectly combines our belt puller system with the feed dog and needle feed transport system of the sewing head.
The 3064 model ensures user-friendliness and high-quality sewing and production along with reduced maintenance expenses.
The units are fitted with a Vmac sewing head, entirely manufactured by our R&D dept., and includes the following features: 1 or 2 needle chain stitch, needle feed, and automatic lubrication.
The standard features of the 3064 differ only regarding the distance between the needles (see technical specifications).
The machine is equipped with a belt puller transporting device and a revolutionary foot pressure control (patented systems).
These technical measures allow a considerable increase in the quality of the stitches and in speed of the sewing operations, no matter the kind of fabric used (from light to extra-heavy).
The unit is also fitted with a suction chain-stitch cutting device, which is perfectly incorporated into the machine body.
