Automatic Band/Velcro
The CG106 unit is an automatic programmable device which cuts bands or tapes of any material into the required lengths and quantities.
This multi-purpose unit can cut Velcro®, any type of elastic band, pieces of material cord or plastic belts.
Even though the running cost of CG106 automatic unit is very low, which is due to the extremely low level of maintenance required, its great versatility ensures top quality of the output.
Here is how it works:
The operator programs both the required length (in mm) of the article to be cut and the number of pieces needed.
The dedicated software of the HM539.01 control unit, which has been made very simple and direct by our technicians, makes for extremely easy programming regarding these parameters.
By using the external console of the HM539.01 programming unit the user can set up as many as 4 counts in sequence, all for distinct quantities and production.
This is made possible by the high level of versatility of the installed programmer and by the 4 one-way counters that can be enabled or disabled at will.
The pulling and cutting speed of the material can be adjusted by the operator using a potentiometer.
The unit is fitted with a gear motor which is controlled by the RM220 control panel (for controlling the material puller) in order to gain the optimum pulling speed for the type of material to be cut.
The cutting device is composed of a low-maintenance shearing unit, moved by a special pneumatic cylinder.
