Performing the outseam operation is a very important step of the jeans assembling process.
The risk of producing a twisted effect on the leg is usually very high which is why our R&D dept. has focused on a transport device which helps the operator carry out the outseam operation easily.
The CG90 unit matches the power of its 6000rpm x minute with the thoroughness of its triple action puller device.
Giving an incredible improvement in the quality of the finished article that is characterized by the perfectly lined up borders of the material and not a screw-type effect.
The puller system avoids the need for a skilled operator, whose expertise (with any standard unit) should be pulling the 2 pieces of trouser in order to match perfectly the 2 parts of trouser.
The ergonomic stand which bends on itself allows easy maintenance and cleaning operations.
