Automatic Pocket Hemmer
Automatic unit, two-needles chain stitch, for hemming pockets for 5-pocket jeans or casual trousers, with the possibility of adding manual label application
The automatic back pocket hemmer V700 is one of the new unit Vibemac presented in 2009.
The previous version has been modified and improved with the latest technical innovations.
Among all the new features this unit boasts improved sewing performances, more flexibility and incredible stitching quality. Able to stitch on every kind of fabric, any size of pocket, without making any adjustment to the machine.
The machine is also equipped with stacker and a high capacity rotating disk where to store up to 600 hemmed pockets.
The clear advantage in terms of productivity of the unit V700 must be joined together with the flexibility of stitching on every kind of material (from stretch to polyester, from nylon to the heaviest jeans material) and any size of pockets without making adjustment to the machine.
Thus the perfect quality of the hemmed pockets cannot be underestimate.
There will be no more wave effect or arching of the pocket hem problems thanks to the innovative pneumatic transport system, which has a belt that settles itself in base of the pocket fabric and shape, plus an adjustable folder to satisfy every fashion need.
The length of the chains at the beginning and at the end of the pocket can be adjusted easily by means of a control panel.
The new mechanical system allows a quick change of the needle gauge.
At the end of the transport belt, an un-loader automatically stacks the pockets in order on the store belt/disk.
Purchasing the optional second rotating store disk permits to work continuously replacing the full load disk with an empty one.
Vibemac’s V700 units may be used with two different working methods: an operator continuously loads the machine, resulting in a large-scale hourly production able to feed more production lines; an operator runs the machine in tandem with the automatic pocket decorative unit, model 1010 V4 DC or 1010 V4 DLC for smaller levels of production.
The operator first carries out the hemming operation, then design/embroidery.
The perfect combination of the two units mean that only one operator can carry out two operation with amazing production rates!
