Automatic Patch, Coin and Facing Pocket Pressing Unit
Automatic Pocket Pressing Unit, two in one (identical independent heads), standard working area (208 x 217mm).
These machines operate using a very simple but incredibly efficient system, with two independent pressing heads
that can be managed by a single unskilled operator ,which runs both sides at the same time and considerably increases the rate of production
The units have two independent electronic thermostats to regulate the pressing temperature and a PLC to set up the cycle time.
The design of the pocket jigs is extremely simple, making it possible for them to be delivered in a very short time and at low cost or even locally made.
They are supplied to suit either Light Weight (L), Medium Weight (M) or Heavy Weight (H) material, accordingly to the specifications of the customer.
The great advantage of these units is that two operators are able to manage one V100 OR V100 MAXI at the same time as they operate two 2516 V4 pocket setters, giving a maximum productivity of 1800 perfectly folded and applied pockets in an eight hour shift.
Having stated all this, it is worthwhile to spend a few more words on the new technology used by the V100 unit.
First of all we want to point out the perfect creasing quality, which applies to both round and square pockets plus the quick change jigs device: Thanks to the lock-unlock device it works without a single screw.
Maximum productivity and creasing quality are always guaranteed.
The 2 pocket creasing units available are the model V100 with standard working area (208X217 mm) or the model V100 MAXI, with maxi working area (250X250 mm).
