In accordance with the discipline outlined in the Legislative Decree n. 196/03 on the protection of personal data, Vi.Be.Mac. Spa, the owner of data processing, states as follows: The personal data that you would like to communicate us by filling in the present form shall be registered on the electronic support devices protected and treated in a confidential manner by Vi.Be.Mac. Spa for its institutional purposes, which are related or in connection to the activities of the above-stated Company. Your data shall be communicated, for inquiry processing reasons, to consultants, lawyers or collaborators of the Company in charge of the data treatment. The data may be communicated, where it is necessary for administrative and accounting purposes, to the auditors of the company and in such case they remain in charge of the confidential data processing. Nonetheless, you have the rights as outlined in the art. 7 of the Legislative Decree n. 196/03. At any moment and absolutely at no charge, you can either consult, integrate, modify or cancel your data, or you may oppose totally or partially to the usage of data for the purposes outlined above, by writing to privacy@vibemac.com or to Vi.Be.Mac.
